We are growing and looking for a Customer Success Associate to join our team.

As a Customer Success Associate at Shamaym you will:
- Help teams and organizations improve their performance and adapt quickly to changing needs by turning day-to-day activities into learning opportunities.
- Support Product’s implementation processes within global customers (web and mobile applications), train teams and conduct support webinars.
- Act as Shamaym’s focal point for all technical support issues of customers, representing the customer’s voice within the company.
- Assure product service level and experience to our customers is superb, manage escalations and customize solutions.
- Collect and Analyze data to maximize system’s use.
- Take part and lead internal department projects.
- Work closely with Product, Sales and Marketing teams.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- BA degree or equivalent experience
- Previous work experience in customer service or SAAS product – advantage
- Fluent English – a must
- Service oriented, ability to prioritize and multitask, analytical skills
- Self-driven and motivated, ability to work independently
- Familiarity with the IAF debriefing culture – advantage
