We are growing and looking for a Customer Success Associate to join our team.

As a Customer Success Associate at Shamaym you will:

  • Help teams and organizations improve their performance and adapt quickly to changing needs by turning day-to-day activities into learning opportunities.
  • Support Product’s implementation processes within global customers (web and mobile applications), train teams and conduct support webinars.
  • Act as Shamaym’s focal point for all technical support issues of customers, representing the customer’s voice within the company.
  • Assure product service level and experience to our customers is superb, manage escalations and customize solutions.
  • Collect and Analyze data to maximize system’s use.
  • Take part and lead internal department projects.
  • Work closely with Product, Sales and Marketing teams.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • BA degree or equivalent experience
  • Previous work experience in customer service or SAAS product – advantage
  • Fluent English – a must
  • Service oriented, ability to prioritize and multitask, analytical skills
  • Self-driven and motivated, ability to work independently
  • Familiarity with the IAF debriefing culture – advantage
