As the Head of Finance and Operations at Shamaym you will:
\n\u2022\tHave a full responsibility of Shamaym financial statements, therein: budget, actual and forecast; this includes accounting, controlling, reporting, commercial, budgeting and risk management of Shamaym
\n\u2022\tFull responsibility for public reports
\n\u2022\tManage a small team of finance and operations.
\n\u2022\tActive and key member of the management team
\n\u2022\tReport to the CEO<\/p>\n
We are looking for a sharp and results-driven manager, who holds a unique combination of leadership and excellence in all areas of finance, operations, and business. <\/p>\n
Responsibilities:
\n\u2022\tOverall authority for the financial operation of the company, audit, taxation, accounting, journal entry adjustments, financial oversight, and budget control.
\n\u2022\tPreparing and managing the quarterly and annual budgeting process
\n\u2022\tWorking with the CEO and management team to drive company strategy and financial goals.
\n\u2022\tManaging the implementation of internal controls ensuring compliance with rules & regulations around HR and Accounting and Reporting
\n\u2022\tDevelop and adhere to policies and procedures.
\n\u2022\tWorking with banks, financial partners, shareholders, law advisors, institutions, authorities, public auditors, and officials
\n\u2022\tAuthorities and payroll control – full responsibility and management of all aspects; social security, tax authorities, employment agreements, pension contracts
\n\u2022\tPreparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
\n\u2022\tQuarterly reports to Tel Aviv stock exchange according to IFRS
\n\u2022\tCash flow management, payments to suppliers, pricing, and negotiations
\n\u2022\tLeading processes and a significant part in accompanying the company in raising capital and public debt.
\n\u2022\tManaging a bookkeeper
\n\u2022\tOperations responsibility
\no\t Managing and oversight of the ongoing office maintenance.
\no\tOngoing work with the company's lawyers in all legal aspects, various agreements, and contracts.
\no\tManaging the Office & Operations manager.
\n\u2022\tCompliance with the company's KPI operationally, commercially, and financially<\/p>\n
Requirements & Qualifications:<\/p>\n
\u2022\tCertified CPA
\n\u2022\tA Big 4 graduate with at least 4 years of experience in the HQ of a high growth company (global start-up company would be ideally)
\n\u2022\tPrevious experience working in (or with) a SaaS company \u2013 significant advantage.
\n\u2022\tPrevious experience working in (or with) a public company \u2013 significant advantage.
\n\u2022\tPrevious experience working with both Israeli company and a US subsidiary \u2013 significant advantage.
\n\u2022\tManagerial experience is an advantage.
\n\u2022\tOperations experience is an advantage.
\n\u2022\tFluent in English and Hebrew (written and verbal)
\n\u2022\tExcellent analytical capabilities
\n\u2022\tExcellent Excel skills
\n\u2022\tExcellent communication skills
\n\u2022\tHigh time management capabilities and organization skills, details and results oriented.
