In this role, you will recruit, train, and lead our global SDRs team, and work closely with our Sales, Account Executive and Marketing teams to accelerate the growth of the business by generating new opportunities for qualified sales.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The SDR Team Lead reports to the CRO.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Responsibilities<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Recruit, build, train and manage the global SDR team.<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Recruit additional SDRs in IL and the US to support our growing international sales team.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Onboard, guide and teach new SDRs.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Work closely with the SDR team members to make sure they meet their goals.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hands-on role.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Build a pipeline of all opportunities through managed accounts, new leads and campaigns.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Proactively reach out to inbound and outbounds leads coming from different marketing sources in order to convert them to sales opportunities. Interact with prospects through direct phone calls, emails, and social media and make\u00a0the first\u00a0impression.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Work in close collaboration with the Sales and Account Executive team to generate new opportunities.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Work in collaboration with the marketing team on:<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">maximizing the potential of the existing leads and opportunities.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Plan and execute outbound sales campaigns.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Market-mapping and organization-mapping to identify potential new clients.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Gather intelligence on potential customers needs and characters.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Develop templates for direct outreach and content marketing approaches.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Develop and build close long-term relationships with prospects and customers until they convert to qualified opportunities.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Consistently achieve qualified opportunity quotas\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Stay informed about new products, services, and other general information of interest to customers, through professional training and self-study.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Maintain the knowledge and professionalism of the team through webinar tutorials and training.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Develop and implement\u00a0Shamaym\u2019s lead qualification process within the SDR team.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Constantly evaluate the team\u2019s KPIs and think of ways to improve and optimize processes.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Requirements<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3-5 years of Proven work experience as a Sales Development Representative or similar role in a B2B software\/SaaS company<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2 years of experience working with the US market.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Managerial and mentoring skills\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Track record in achieving sales quotas.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques and with CRM systems.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, great team player.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Highly organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Creative, innovative, eager to succeed.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Shamaym is a platform (AI-based) for continuous improvement that creates a high-performance culture for organizations.
