Reporting to CEO
Location: US, flexible, East coast time zone preferably
GM Responsibilities:
- Define overarching business and Go-To market
- Develop, lead, and manage strategic growth plans, key sales initiatives (from lead to cash), including market segmentation and GTM strategy.
- Develop and manage tactical programs (e.g. sales pipeline, sales plan) to pursue targeted goals and objectives
- Build, develop and lead the right organization to achieve our business and growth objectives.
- Develop and manage tactical programs to pursue targeted goals and objectives.
- Oversee daily operations of the business unit, including direct employees and matrix organizational functions.
- Lead key customer activities.
- Lead all partnership activities related to the business line.
GM Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive/ VP level in a successful global SW company
- Experience of at least 5 years in all aspects of developing and managing new businesses.
- Experience managing senior management (Sales, Customer Success, Marketing) and international teams.
- Successful sales background – an advantage
- Experience in working with Israeli culture – an advantage
- Startup background – an advantage
- Experience working in a consulting firm in the field of performance optimization and debriefing – an advantage.
- Strong leadership qualities and excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
