General Manager – Boston Site

Managing the US business unit at Shamaym, with end-to-end responsibilities of the entire line of business. Responsible for all aspects of Go-To-Market, strategy, sales, marketing  and business performance with a strong influence on product strategy. Full owner from top-end strategy definition, through putting the right plans in place, building the right organization, and leading it to deliver best in class execution and accomplish business objectives in a hyper-growth environment.

 

Job Title: General Manager

Reporting to CEO

Location: US, flexible, East coast time zone preferably

 GM Responsibilities: 

 

  • Define overarching business and Go-To market
  • Develop, lead, and manage strategic growth plans, key sales initiatives (from lead to cash), including market segmentation and GTM strategy.
  • Develop and manage tactical programs (e.g. sales pipeline, sales plan) to pursue targeted goals and objectives
  • Build, develop and lead the right organization to achieve our business and growth objectives.
  • Develop and manage tactical programs to pursue targeted goals and objectives.
  • Oversee daily operations of the business unit, including direct employees and matrix organizational functions.
  • Lead key customer activities.
  • Lead all partnership activities related to the business line.

 

GM Requirements:

 

  • Proven experience as an Executive/ VP level in a successful global SW company
  • Experience of at least 5 years in all aspects of developing and managing new businesses.
  • Experience managing senior management (Sales, Customer Success, Marketing) and international teams.
  • Successful sales background – an advantage
  • Experience in working with Israeli culture – an advantage
  • Startup background – an advantage
  • Experience working in a consulting firm in the field of performance optimization and debriefing – an advantage.
  • Strong leadership qualities and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
