As Marketing & Sales Operations at Shamaym, you will be a part of the full client life cycle, from creating the lead to turning it to recurring clients . the engine behind our marketing & sales efforts. What you will do
- Transverse operation of the CRM system (Hubspot)
- Building a database infrastructure on potential customers and leads
- Construction and maintenance of reports for marketing / sales / senior management
- Integration of CRM into different systems
- Build automation and workflows according to needs
- Construction and operation of the company’s network of contacts – building records for the SDR department according to various targets of the marketing department, testing and ongoing optimization.
- Finding tools and implementing them in the marketing and sales departments (for example: sales navigator, zoominfo etc)
- Help and support in the execution of marketing campaigns
- Routine maintenance of the company website
What we expect you to have
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar position
- technical skills, analytical mindset
- Experience with Excel and BI tools
- knowledge of Hubspot – Significant advantage
- Multitasking abilities
- High level English
