Get AI-based Insights

A new world of insights based on AI and the Shamaym items’ data!
 Note: to be able to view this feature, it is necessary to give your consent to the Privacy & Security terms. For more information, please discuss with your Shamaym Customer Success manager.

1. To get insights, click on the Brief Me button on the sidebar
   

2. Click on Insights
   

3. A default prompt will be automatically applied: “Please summarize the data into 5 short sentences” in your most recently used workspace (or the first one in the list, if you haven’t used any workspace yet).
   

4. You can then adjust the filters: Workspace, date range, users, and fields (free text fields only), to get more specific results
   

5. You can use any of our 4 suggested prompts, which will be automatically added to the text field, or you can write your prompt (the number varies if your filters side panel is open/hidden)
   
   

6. You can hide/ open the sidebar at any time
   

7. Note: the output is based on free text fields. That means that there will be no output for items with no free text fields.
