As a Customer Success Manager at Shamaym you will:
- Lead customer success with Shamaym’s US customers
- Customize product solutions and lead implementation processes of the Shamaym platform within organizations and on-going customer management
- Build strong relationships with our customers to understand their needs, ensure their superb experience and success
- Represent the voice of the customer and influence product development roadmap
- Collect and analyze data to maximize the system’s use
- Work closely with Marketing and Sales teams on identifying upsell and expansion opportunities and driving execution
- Lead internal and external projects
Requirements & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of work experience in the US market in a SAAS company as customer success or solution engineering, or similar customer-facing role
- Strong customer-facing and presentation skills with the ability to establish credibility with executives
- Ability to embrace the mindset of continuous improvement
- Superb communication skills – written and verbal
- Ability to take initiative, lead and adapt
- Positive attitude, high motivation and energy
- BA or BS degree
