As a Customer Success Manager at Shamaym you will:

  • Lead customer success with Shamaym’s US customers
  • Customize product solutions and lead implementation processes of the Shamaym platform within organizations and on-going customer management
  • Build strong relationships with our customers to understand their needs, ensure their superb experience and success
  • Represent the voice of the customer and influence product development roadmap
  • Collect and analyze data to maximize the system’s use
  • Work closely with Marketing and Sales teams on identifying upsell and expansion opportunities and driving execution
  • Lead internal and external projects


Requirements & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of work experience in the US market in a SAAS company as customer success or solution engineering, or similar customer-facing role
  • Strong customer-facing and presentation skills with the ability to establish credibility with executives
  • Ability to embrace the mindset of continuous improvement
  • Superb communication skills – written and verbal
  • Ability to take initiative, lead and adapt
  • Positive attitude, high motivation and energy
  • BA or BS degree
