See the most relevant information from your items

Filter your items easily by selecting the fields and options which are relevant to you.

1. Click on the Brief Me button on the sidebar
   

2. Click on Customized brief
   

3. A popup will open, where you can select the relevant workspace
   *If you only have one workspace you’ll be redirected to the next step
   

4. After selecting the workspace, select the relevant options inside the fields (*selected by the manager- see explanation below). You also have the ability to get the most relevant results by searching for relevant keywords.
   

5. Clicking on the Brief Me button will show you the most relevant items/ lessons*, according to your preferences
   *If your workspace has a lessons component in its form, you’ll see only the relevant lessons. If your workspace doesn’t have lessons in its form, then you’ll see the items previews on the Feed view.

   For example:
   With lessons in the form: Lessons View
   

   Without lessons: Feed view
