Taking advantage of their debriefing platform the BriefMe feature provides users with a custom brief outlining the major takeaways from previous events on the same topic. Delivered right to users’ inboxes this brief eliminates the need to search for old meeting notes, track down team mates who have had previous discussions on the topic or struggle to remember what exactly was talked about last time. Instead, this information is available in one email, right before the meeting. Information is pulled from briefs within the platform written by either the user or team mates, and tagged to a specific topic. The Shamaym platform then uses AI to generate actionable insights based off of past debriefs, giving the user a customized plan of action and saving hours of meeting preparation.
