Create a one-time report

  1. Go to the Insights page at the bottom of the menu

  2. Select the workspaces that you’d like to receive the report about

  3. Select the time frame you’d like the report to cover

  4. Click Set

  5. Edit the default email subject by clicking on the text or the pencil icon

  6. Select “Send now

  7. Select recipients

    1. The first list of recipients includes the company admins

    2. The second list of recipients includes the users of each workspace you selected

    3. Note: if you select more than one workspace, then you can only send the report to those who are members of all selected workspaces.

  8. Click send

  9. The scheduled report will now be sent to the recipients


 You can also export the report to PDF by repeating steps 1-3 and clicking “Export
