Login issues

If you are having trouble logging in to your account- don’t worry! We’re here to help 🙂

First and foremost, know that you can always contact us by writing to us or by chatting with our Support team.

Second, there are a few things that might be happening:

  • If it’s your first time logging in: the invitation link you are using might be expired or you haven’t received an invitation yet

  • You’re using the wrong email address/ password

  • You forgot your password

  • Your user or account was deactivated

I didn’t receive an invitation to Shamaym

In order to first log in to Shamaym, you should have received an email invitation. If you are using our mobile app, you should have also received a text message.

Search in your inbox/ spam folder for an email from delivery@shamaym.com, or search for a text message from Shamaym.

If you still can’t find it, please contact us or your manager.

The invitation link is expired

Due to security reasons, the invitation link will expire after 5 days.
In that case, you will be able to get a new invitation link very easily, with the push of a button:

Wrong email or password

  • If it’s your first time logging in, and you haven’t created a password through the invitation link, you won’t be able to log in with an email and password. Search in your inbox/ spam folder for an email invitation from delivery@shamaym.com, or search for a text message from Shamaym.
    If you still can’t find it, please contact us or your manager.

  • If you already have an account in Shamaym:

    • Don’t try to log in with the same credentials again, so that your user won’t be locked (due to security reasons, on the 5th wrong attempt, your user will be locked).

    • Make sure you are using the correct email address, It may be different from your day-to-day email address.

    • Also, make sure you entered the password you created when you first logged in. You can see the password you entered by clicking on the eye icon.

    • If you still can’t log in with these credentials, try to reset your password by clicking on Forgot password. A link for resetting your password will be sent to your email address, or by text message if you are using the mobile app.

Forgot your password?

Don’t worry, that happens to everyone! The good news is that you can reset your password very easily by clicking on Forgot password. A link for resetting your password will be sent to your email address, or by text message if you are using the mobile app.

  • Note: don’t try to log in with the wrong credentials again, so that your user won’t be locked (due to security reasons, on the 5th wrong attempt, your user will be locked).

My user is locked

After 5 wrong login attempts, your account is locked for 1 hour.
But don’t worry! you will receive an email with instructions to easily and quickly reset your password.

💡Pro tip: registered users can always click on the “Forgot Password” button on the login page to reset their password

Locked users (with a set phone number) will receive an SMS that will allow them to reset their password through it (in addition to an email sent to them).

Deactivated User/ Account

If you see the message above, that means your user or account has been deactivated. In that case, you can contact your Shamaym administrator or contact us.
