You can share items with other people, whether you created them or someone else.
You can share the item with people who don’t have access to it yet, or you can share the item again with users who already have access.

On the home page, click on the 3-dots menu:
Or, in the item’s view, click on the 3 stripes menu:

Then, click Share

Select the users/ workspaces with whom you’d like to share the item.
You can search for a user/ workspace, using the search bar.

Then, click Share
