My workspaces page

On this page, you* can manage everything related to your workspaces: users, settings, and the item’s form.
*Only managers and admins

When landing on this page, you will see your workspaces’ cards:

If you are a company admin, you will have the option to add more workspaces through the + button.

The 3 dots menu

  1. You can create a new item in this workspace by clicking New item

  2. You can view all the items in this workspace by clicking All items

  3. You can view all the actions of this workspace by clicking All actions

  4. You can view the analytics of this workspace by clicking Analytics

  5. Edit your workspace by clicking on Settings 

  6. Edit your workspace’s item form by clicking on Edit item form

  7. Company admins can duplicate or delete workspaces

 Users cards

Clicking on the workspace card will take you to a page with the workspace’s members’ cards

  • Click on the + icon to add users to this workspace, manually or from file. To learn more about adding users, see our guide.
  • Click on the 3 dots menu to see this user’s analytics, send an invitation to this user, edit the user’s details, or delete it.

Users list

Click Switch to Users view

Then, you will see a list of all users in this company/ organization.

  • Click on the edit button to be able to edit the users’ details, disable users, add/ remove them from workspaces, send invitations, or delete them
  • Click Save or Close without saving
