Set up a recurring report

To get the Insights Report sent to you on a regular basis, just set your preferences to get a Recurring Report. Set up your report in just a few easy steps.

  1. Go to the Insights page

  2. Select workspace/s

  3. Click “Set

  4. Edit the default email subject by clicking on the text or the edit icon

  5. Choose “Recurring

  6. Select your preferred frequency to choose how often you’ll receive the report

  7. Select recipients

    • The first list of recipients includes the company admins

    • The second list of recipients includes the users of each workspace you selected

    • Note: if you select more than one workspace, then you can only send the report to those who are members of all selected workspaces

  8. Click schedule

  9. The scheduled report will now appear on the Scheduled Insights list, and the recipients will receive it in their inbox according to the frequency you defined.


  1. You can edit the report at any time by clicking the pencil icon

  2. You can send the report to all recipients manually whenever you want by clicking the envelope icon

  3. To stop sending the report, click the trash icon
    Note: this will stop sending the report to all recipients
