Single sign-on (SSO)

Single sign-on (SSO) is an authentication method that allows your users to log in to Shamaym using your existing SSO login credentials. So, with SSO you can just use one account to access all of your systems including Shamaym. To start using the SSO first you need to configure the settings both in Shamaym and the respective identity provider. 

We support the following SSO tools: Okta, Ping Identity, and Azure Active Directory.

Set up Okta SSO:

Please provide your CS manager with the following information:

1. Client ID
2. Client secret
3. Tenant ID

Set up Ping SSO:

Please provide your CS manager with the following information:

1. Domain
2. Authorization Server Audience
3. Client ID
4. Client secret
5. Mobile Client ID

Set up Azure SSO:

Please provide your CS manager with the following information:

1. Authorization Url
2. Token Endpoint
3. Userinfo Endpoint
4. Client ID
5. Client secret
