Two-factor authentication

Two-factor authentication (2FA) is an extra layer of security used to secure the login process in Shamaym. First, a user will enter their username and password/ will log in with Google/ Ms account. Then, they will be required to provide an authentication code, that will be either sent to their email address or as a text message to their phone number.

To enable two-factor authentication for your Shamaym account, let your CS manager know and we’ll set it up for you.

By default, the code will be sent to the users’ email addresses, but they can change the method in their profile.
